About the Principal

H. Simón Bryce offers over 25 years of private-public partnership innovation, including designing and administering complex clean energy financing mechanisms for local governments. He pioneered Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE), leading the nation in transaction underwriting, execution and servicing. His list of clients includes the U.S. Department of Energy, the State of California, Wells Fargo, Prologis, Simon Properties.

Mr. Bryce holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan and has earned his Series 24 and 7 securities licenses. As a young professional, he was honored by the National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA) as the nation’s top public administrator under the age of 35. He lives in Oakland, California.
