He pioneered Commercial Property Assessed Clean Energy (CPACE), leading the nation in transaction underwriting, execution and servicing. His list of clients include the U.S. Department of Energy, the State of California, Wells Fargo, Prologis, Simon Properties.

Mr. Bryce holds a J.D. from the University of Michigan and has earned his Series 24 and 7 securities licenses. He lives in Oakland, California.
